Sydney Owen is the founder/CEO/President/Main Peanut in the Packet at 3Ring Media, a digital and emerging media consultancy. She also serves as the Event Coordinator at Skydive Elsinore, allowing her to combine her passion for all things social with all things skydiving. When she's not busy saving the world one social strategy at a time, she's jumping out of planes. 3Ring Media came to be when Sydney was presented with the opportunity at Chicagoland Skydiving Center. In the skydiving industry, most people are independent contractors. She had to form her own LLC to jump on that opportunity, so 3Ring Media was born. It is still in its infancy, but Sydney has big plans to take on additional clients within the next year or so. Her grand vision for 3Ring? If you consistently deliver excellence, there should be no question that you're paid what you're worth. Bosses want to reward people who are always thinking a few steps ahead and delivering amazing work. Clients want to work with people who are reputable, trustworthy, and someone they can relate to. If you're always true to yourself and always throwing down your best work, the money will follow.
