Srinivas Rao is a blogger, podcaster and digital storyteller. In April 2009, after completing his MBA at Pepperdine University, he started his personal development blog, The Skool of Life.  He also became an avid surfer and the pursuit of waves started to quickly take over his life. As a byproduct of a weekly series on his blog called Interviews with Up and Coming Bloggers, he co-founded BlogcastFM with his business partner Sid Savara. As the host of BlogcastFM, he has interviewed over 150 bloggers  ranging from best selling authors to early stage bloggers on the rise, grown the site to over 25,000 downloads per month, and secured an exclusive sponsorship agreement with DIMEPR.  Prior to the formation of his blog and podcast, Srinivas worked in sales and marketing for organizations such as Intuit, Nielsen Online, Monster Cable and Forrester Research.  He currently resides in Tamarindo, Costa Rica and it's become a well known fact that his schedule is subject to change based on surf conditions.
