Martina Welke Co-founder & CEO, Zealyst

Martina brings experience in startup creation, new media strategy, non-profit program management and design, and alternative conflict resolution and facilitation. As co-founder and CEO of Zealyst, a curated networking service based in Seattle, Martina is continually learning what it takes to build a successful business. Before founding Zealyst, Martina launched a regional high school student leadership initiative the Major League Baseball Players Trust. She has been published in a wide variety of formats and publications, including magazine shorts, newspaper features, and blog posts. Since early 2009, Martina has been studying and practicing mediation and facilitation at the Dispute Resolution Center of Snohomish County. Martina studied English and Chemistry and Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. Long runs, themed dinner parties, and dog watching are some of Martina’s favorite things. She is actively involved in several microfinance organizations and has enjoyed volunteering as a mentor for several years.
