He won a 2010 Webby Award, has a Top 1000 Alexa ranked website, was named to the "30 under 30" list by Forbes Magazine and Inc Magazine's 30 under 30 list, and one of his businesses was named in Entrepreneur Magazine's "Brilliant 100" list (June 2010). Most recently, 99designs raised $35m in VC from Accel Partners - the firm behind Facebook, Groupon and DropBox.What's your best tip for increasing customer loyalty?
To quote a recent customer email, "I really appreciate your thoughtful and professional response. I don't get that a lot from customer service. Usually it's scripted nonsense that makes it seem like I've done something wrong. You've single-handedly improved my perception of 99designs tenfold. Someone there ought to give you a pay raise :)"
