Ilya Pozin is a serial entrepreneur best known for being the Founder of Ciplex, a digital marketing and creative agency. An early immigrant from Russia, Ilya spent the majority of his childhood growing up with the Internet, coining the phrase "Raised by the Net." Ilya founded his first company Ciplex at the young age of 17, with a goal to bring result and marketing focused web solutions to small businesses and startups. Since then, Ciplex has seen tremendous growth and is currently headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in New York, Jerusalem, Serbia, and Germany. The company is the recipient of multiple awards, including Inc. Magazine's INC 500/5000 award for 2 consecutive years. In 2010 Ilya replaced himself as the CEO of Ciplex, allowing him to focus on other ventures while still maintaining oversight as the President and CMO. Ilya attributes his success to being surrounded by mentors since the age of 14. His metric and marketing focused process in operating his businesses has allowed Ilya to accurately predict growth and impact of major decisions. Currently, Ilya resides in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter, where he runs his companies, consults various businesses, and pursues interesting opportunities.
