Emily didn't always claim to be "entrepreneurial," but actions speak louder than words (and it was inevitable). Career-minded since childhood, she studied economics and journalism at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her professional career began in major motion pictures publicity for The Walt Disney Studios, but she found her passions leading her to try to solve more fundamental strategic and structural issues in tech and communications. Emily then began collaborating with numerous industry experts to begin solving challenges. To date, she has worked to develop strategic solutions in interactive workflow management, video production, agency positioning and pitching, and client-related solutions. She currently leads The Remarkables, connecting communities with remarkable people to help the world think better, advises Book'd, and supports The Agency Post as co-founder.
