Since opening in 2009 the company\'s portfolio of over 110,000 sq.ft. of real estate makes it the largest owner of day conference centers in New York and is quickly expanding to serve demand in other cities and for management services. Unique in contrast to other high-growth companies, Convene is a brick and mortar service business that is both human and capital intensive. Despite these inherent challenges the company and its team of over 100 professionals relentlessly develop and adopt new and ambitious best practices that improve meetings and collaboration. Convene\'s client list includes more than 65% of New York\'s Fortune 500 companies and hundreds of other business, organizations and associations. In his role Chris applies reasoning, strategy and creativity to successfully navigate the company through its various growth stages with a focus on sales, marketing & brand development, operations and systems infrastructure. evoJets is a private jet charter brokerage overseeing marketing and logistics for a global network of over 4,000 safety certified aircraft. Founded in Aspen Colorado and currently based in New York, the Company is known for its industry leading service and safety standards. Chris currently serves in a passive, advisory role while his wife, co-founder Adriann Wanner and her team continue to grow evoJets. Chris graduated from the Villanova School of Business (2004) and remains actively engaged with the small business community. In 2011 Chris was appointed as a member of NY Senator Kirsten Gillibrand\'s \"Small Business Working Group\" and along with the entire Convene team, is a leading sponsor of Nourishing NYC, a community food program that strives to achieve \"nutrition for all\". Outside of work, Chris\' passion for traveling in developing economies has taken him to over 30 countries on 5 continents.
