During his tenure with Yodle, Ben has been instrumental to the company’s explosive growth. He helped to lead the first round of venture capital financing, initiated both the Feet on the Street and Tele-sales models, started the Yodle offices in Philadelphia and New York City, in addition to running the Boston Office. During his time leading the sales team, Ben has sold and closed thousands of customers, including his own father - an attorney in Connecticut. When not at Yodle, Ben enjoys the outdoors playing sports and hiking and is an avid traveler frequenting countries like Argentina, Nicaragua and Indonesia. Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he studied History and Latin American Studies.
When everything's a priority, how do you maximize your productivity and continue executing?
It’s important to stay focused on what really matters. Spend some time on upfront planning to determine the most critical tasks that you need to take on. It’s usually much better to concentrate on one or two priorities and do them really well, instead of being spread so thin that you have mediocre output.
